What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom bags?
As a flexible custom bag factory, we support brands of all sizes. Our standard MOQ starts at 500 pieces per design. However, for specific materials or startup projects, we can discuss lower trial quantities. Our goal is to grow
with your brand by offering scalable manufacturing solutions in our Dongguan facility.
What are the lead times for sampling and bulk production?
Speed to market is our priority. Sample development typically takes 5-7 business days. For bulk manufacturing, the lead time is usually 20-30 days post-sample approval, depending on the complexity and volume. We also offer "green
channel" services for urgent retail launches.
Do you provide full OEM/ODM and tech pack services?
Absolutely. We are a full-service OEM bag manufacturer. Whether you provide a finished tech pack or just a rough sketch, our in-house design team can assist with material sourcing, 3D prototyping, and logo integration (embroidery, silk-printing,
or metal hardware).
How do you ensure quality and social compliance?
Our factory is BSCI audited and ISO 9001 certified. We implement a rigorous 4-stage Quality Control process: Raw Material Inspection, In-line QC, Final Stitching Check, and Pre-shipment Random Testing. We also provide
documentation for GRS (Global Recycled Standard) materials upon request.
