Size the Compartment to the Device

Screen size alone is not enough. The compartment must fit the device's external width, depth and thickness, plus the lining, zipper guard and intended fit. Send the device model or external dimensions, and we confirm the compartment against the actual device or a dimensioned mock-up before sampling.

Protection, Carrying and Organization Options

Protection covers the compartment: closed-cell EVA or PE foam at the base, padded walls and a soft, scratch-resistant lining can be specified for the target device. Carrying options include top handles, detachable shoulder straps and a luggage pass-through for travel. Organization is agreed per program - divider panels, zippered accessory pockets and dedicated sleeves for chargers, pens or documents. Each option is confirmed in the approved sample before bulk tooling.

Branding and Retail Packaging

Branding methods include screen printing, embroidery, debossing and woven labels, plus custom zipper pulls and hang tags. Packaging can be as simple as poly bags or as finished as retail-ready boxes. Material changes what works: PU and coated polyester accept printing, while leather and denim usually favour debossing or embroidery. Send artwork and packaging requirements with the RFQ so the sample reflects the final look.
